2023-2024 District Board Positions Announcement

K-T, I’m honored and pleased to announce that the 2023-2024 District Bulletin Editor is Janiah Searcy of Henry Clay High School in Division 10 and the 2023-2024 District Historian is Lucy Teng of duPont Manual High School in Division 12! It is a great honor to know that I have the opportunity to serve alongside these remarkable individuals. I truly believe that they will represent K-T well and Key Clubs’ 4 core values.

I also want to thank everyone who applied. This decision was made after carefully considering several applications and interviewing candidates. But all the applicants showed me that we truly have outstanding Key Clubbers in our district as each one of them brings something new and different to the district board!

Thank you to everyone once again and I’m looking forward to a great Key Club service year!

Remember, check your emails for updates from the District, and your Lieutenant Governor. And as always, if you ever have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to me at saumya@ktkey.org

Yours Truly,
Saumya Sikhwal

Applications for District Bulletin Editor and Historian

Hello K-T!
I’m Saumya Sikhwal, your new 2023-24 District Governor. I go to South Warren High School in Division 14. It’s a great honor to serve you all, and I am anticipating great things to happen this year!

First, I would like to thank each and every individual for this year’s fantastic DCON attendance as we crossed our 2018 DCON attendance numbers. It was so great to meet and talk to you all, and hear about your Key Club experience.

However, our board is not yet complete! We are in need of a District Historian, and a District Bulletin Editor.
Below are the applications to apply, and I urge you all to do so! Serving on the board is an amazing experience. You get to meet people from all over Kentucky and Tennessee, sharpen your skills, and most importantly serve your community from a bigger platform.

If you have any questions related to anything, please feel free to email me. Once your applications are complete, please email them to saumya@ktkey.org

There is a written application that is due on April 12th, 2023 at 10:59 pm CST/11:59 pm EST, and there will be a Zoom interview as well.
