Dear K-T Key Club District,

It has come to our attention that this Saturday, October 18, the Kiwanis International Board will be voting on some proposals that could drastically impact the operations and future of Circle K International, the college counterpart to Key Club.

Kentucky-Tennessee Key Club would like to show our support for Circle K as well as extend the same opportunity for Key Clubbers, alumni, and advisors.

How can we help Circle K?

We need as many people as possible to express their support of Circle K to the Kiwanis Board members who will be voting on the proposals. We have created a template letter that Key Clubbers may use and edit. We have also provided instructions and a list of contacts for where to send the letter.

Students may send the emails on their own, or your club could send one as a whole. The most impactful emails will be from students who will be graduating and are looking for colleges/universities that have a Circle K club. Please feel free to share this information with any alumni you think might be interested.

Emails should be sent by Friday to reach the board members in time.

2. For CHECK registration, download the registration form HERE and follow the instructions on the form.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE AFTER OCTOBER 11, 2025.
